Shannon has edited several independent films including
Lost Gully Road, and
Bloodshot. In 2020 he was nominated for the Australian Screen Editor’s Ellie award for best short drama for the film Natalie. He has cut shorts that have played at festivals around Australia, including The Melbourne International Film Festival, Cinefest Oz, Flickerfest and The St Kilda Film Festival.
As an assistant editor, he has worked on features films
The Dry and
The Wheel.
